Un gran saludo para todo #HIVE y a todos compañeros de Street Workout Community este dia les traigo un dichoso reto que creo mi compañera @milagroscdlrr de permanecer un minuto en un estatico muy nombrado en la calistenia, el cual seria la parada de manos, pero claro agregandole cierta dificultad haciendo de este permanecer durante un minuto en dicha posicion estatica a continuacion mi participacion en esta dinamica muy divertida e interesante:
A big greeting to all #HIVE and all fellow Street Workout Community this day I bring you a blissful challenge that my partner @milagroscdlrr created to stay one minute in a static very named in calisthenics, which would be the handstand, but of course adding some difficulty making this stay for a minute in the static position below my participation in this very fun and interesting dynamic:

Una experiencia muy buena con un aprendizaje el cual es la mejoria del control no solo en este estatico sino en la cantidad de estaticos de balance que tiene esta increible disciplina deportiva, empezando por su puesto que es muy facil pero ya a los ultimos 20 segundos se vuelve dificil el control del peso del cuerpo mas el balance a tener, muy buena experiencia y gran reto, gracias a @milagroscdlrr
A very good experience with a learning which is the improvement of control not only in this static but in the amount of static balance that has this incredible sport discipline, starting of course that is very easy but already in the last 20 seconds it becomes difficult to control the weight of the body but the balance to have, very good experience and great challenge, thanks to @milagroscdlrr
