I knew I was in for it the moment I saw CHANSEUS THE GREAT being my opponent. This is a summoner I know very well since I have rented it on several occasions in the past.
The Repair, Triage, and Resurrect abilities do a great job at frustrating opponents as well as getting them pissed off.
To make this worse for me it was an Up Close & Personal ruleset. Reviewing the battle my strategy to only attack through the frontline while being defensive cost me the battle, perhaps a Sneak monster or two might have gotten rid of URAEUS that single-handedly destroyed my backline.
It wasn't a nice battle to watch, I was helpless, dominated, and outclassed. Should I have gotten rid of URAEUS the chance is URIEL THE PURIFIER and MARISOL CONTUMA would have done better.
The lesson here is not to be too defensive.
