Scouting an opponent can either go wrong or right, wrong when your opponent shows up with a Splinter you weren't expecting and right when you rightly predict opponent's Splinter and strategy.
In this case I was spot on and it delights me my plan to counter my opponent worked like a charm.
TYRUS PALADIUM is a cool Life summoner to own which my opponent showed up with, while MOTHER KHALA was my summoner of choice.
RULESET:
Blast
Spreading Fury
50 Mana
The plan to have CORNEALUS absorb the sneak attacks and retaliate with thorns paid off just like I intended. This is a role CORNEALUS has often played well for me battles and battles of this kind and it just rarely disappoint.
For CORNEALUS to stay longer at the backline the sneak attacks coming at it has to be minimal as possible, this is where WARRIOR OF PEACE and DISINTEGRATOR came in providing Demoralizing opponent's melee monsters.
SILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN needed freedom to exhibits his sneakiness and and he got it fairly shielded by WARRIOR OF PEACE and PORTAL SPINNER, he kept on at enemy backline and he just wouldn't stop but derives pleasure attacking twice each round.
You don't want a Scattershot monster lined up against you, PORTAL SPINNER in fourth place provides that Scattershot ability attack enemy monsters at random. Notice PORTAL SPINNER was the only monster unattack in the entire battle.
URIEL THE PURIFIER, sometimes I wish he attack every round and not every other round but when his turn comes to attack, you better have some form of shield to have some life left in you otherwise what happened to SACRED UNICORN was a typical example of what comes the was of monsters exposed URIEL'S deadly blow.
This, I had to brag about! Sorry.
