Estamos aprovechando que ha parado de llover, desgraciadamente el suelo continua muy húmedo a pesar de que el sol está muy fuerte, si bien está secando un poco la tierra, no es suficiente para iniciar las actividades de recuperación del suelo; Como ven, el huerto parece abandonado, pero no hemos podido hacer nada en estas dos semanas y media

Cosecharemos las dos variedades de ¨cassabas¨; Este año hemos sembrado la variedad blanca y roja de esta hortaliza, las blancas son de sabor más suave y de piel tierna, mientras que las rojas tienen un exquisito y fuerte sabor; También obtuvimos una buena cantidad de ¨boniatos¨ blanco; Estoy muy feliz con la cosecha, esto será suficiente para todas las comidas que vamos a elaborar durante la semana
