Happy to be here again in this wonderful ¨Foodies Bee Hive Community¨:   Sharing another of our traditional recipes that we have inherited from our ancestors; I come from a family of several generations of farmers, who processed their food in order to extend the useful life of the fruits of their harvest. Our grandmother lived in the countryside and we visited her during the holidays, it was the most awaited moment, spending the days with her was a lot of fun, we also learned to sow, harvest and process food

Over the years we have learned to prepare our own flours and to preserve food in vinegars or salt, as well as to process milk to make our homemade cheeses that were used in the recipes of the elaboration of our ¨sopa¨¨paraguaya¨; We are not currently doing these processes, so the cheese and cornmeal will vary from the original recipe. Grandma's recipes were easy to prepare, very delicious and conveniently inexpensive, she didn't need any special ingredients to make something delicious
