Antes de comenzar deseo pedirles disculpas por mi inactividad en la creación de material audiovisual. Hace más de un mes que no estoy bien de salud, tengo problemas con el ¨nervio¨¨ciático¨ lo que me está provocando dolores muy intensos desde la cintura hasta los talones. No puedo estar mucho tiempo sentado, acostado o de pie, el dolor que siento es intenso y están presentes las veinticuatro horas del día.
