Para que puedan entender el título, les comento que hay actividades en agricultura que requiere de un poco más de ¨esfuerzo¨¨físico¨, así es que nace esta terminología de ¨Agri¨-¨Cardio¨; En si son actividades que común mente llamamos, erradicar ¨hierbas¨, arar el terreno, preparar el almacigo de siembra. Estas son actividades repetitivas y monótonas, que quizás a la larga pude aburrir, sin embrago, deja de ser aburrido si ves que tiene un beneficio importante para el organismo al hacerlo
