[EN/ES] BASS SHERD AND DRUMS SOLO, JHONNATAN FARIA QUARTET, VIRTUOSISMO EN EL BAJO Y BATERIA,  CUARTETO JHONNATAN FARIA.

In 2017 I had the pleasure of being part of a quartet for a clinic dictated by Jhonnatan Faria, who is one of the best pianist in my country, as well as being a winner of the Latin Grammy Awards and being nominated for these awards as producer and arranger.

Without a doubt it was an unparalleled experience for me, since from a very young age I was an admirer of his work as a musician.

En el año 2017 tuve el placer de ser parte de un cuarteto para un clínica que dictada por Jhonnatan Faria quien es uno de los mejores pianista de mi país, además de ser ganador de Latín grammys y nominado a estos premios recurrentemente como productor y arreglista.

Sin duda fue una experiencia sin igual para mi, ya que desde muy niño fui admirador de su trabajo como músico.

The quartet had great musicians from my city, on the tenor and soprano saxophone Rafael Chacin who is currently the musical director of the big band mcbo, Poke Ferrer, current drummer of Ronald Borjas and percussion team of Free cover vzla, Brixio Mendoza guitarist of session from my city characterized by his virtuosity and technique in his instrument, and this humble servant as a bass player.

When I received the call from Jhonnatan, I could not refuse the invitation he made me to the project and even more so when I was recommended by the great Tomas Aquino Font.

El cuarteto contó con grandes músicos de mi ciudad, en el saxofón tenor y soprano Rafael Chacin quien es actualmente director musical de la big band mcbo, Poke Ferrer actual baterista de Ronald Borjas y equipo de percusión de Free cover vzla, Brixio Mendoza guitarrista de session de mi ciudad caracterizado por su virtuosismo y técnica en su instrumento, y este humilde servidor como bajista.

Cuando recibí la llamada de Jhonnatan no pude negarme a la invitación que me hacía al proyecto y más cuando fui recomendado por el gran Tomas Aquino Font.

It was a very fun night, very musical, the truth was that we had few rehearsals to put the songs together, but everything was great, the public that attended the clinic surely also enjoyed it and spent a magical afternoon with us.

Fue una noche muy divertida, muy musical, la verdad contamos con pocos ensayos para acoplar los temas, pero todo fue genial, el público que asistió a la clínica seguramente también disfruto y paso una tarde mágica junto a nosotros.
