La plancha es un ejercicio estático, de dificultad avanzada, que requiere de la fuerza del los hombros también exige las muñecas las cuales son una articulaciones muy delicadas y por eso hay que calentarlas bastante, antes de hacer la plancha o igualmente rutina.
The plank is a static exercise, of advanced difficulty, which requires the strength of the shoulders also requires the wrists which are a very delicate joints and that is why it is necessary to warm them enough, before doing the plank or routine.
