Las técnicas que se pueden hacer en el muscle up es meterle explosividad, además entrenar mucho las Dominadas y también los dips en barra porque son los dos ejercicios que conforman en muscle up, así que debemos hacer una dominada explosiva y un buen empuje a la hora de hacer el dip en barra.
The techniques that can be done in the muscle up is to put explosiveness, also train a lot of the Dominadas and also the dips on bar because they are the two exercises that make up the muscle up, so we must make an explosive domination and a good push when doing the dip on bar.
Cabe destacar que los ejercicios son Progresiones que nos ayudaran a entender el movimiento del muscle up.
