Hello Hive Open Mic Week #176, my name is @jesus-son and here I come to make a presentation for this week's event. The topic for this week is one that is very common being that it would give lots of persons the opportunity to participate. It is on gratitude and by definition gratitude is showing appreciation for a good deed.

In life, we have all received one thing or the other from God first and then from our fellow human beings. It is courtesy to say thank you or show an act of gratitude for having benfitted from someone's kind gesture. An African adage puts it that when the mighty is praised for doing one good, he will be prompted to do more. Therefore, the power of gratitude cannot be over estimated. Even God is moved by our thanksgiving. Thus, it is a good thing to be a grateful being.

In this post, I wish to share with you a song that depicts this theme. It is a song of gratitude to God for all He does. Indeed, our thanksgiving to God cannot quantify His mighty deeds, but we have to show gratitude to Him.

The song I bring to you is one we often sing in my church during the time for presentation of gifts. In this song, we ask God to receive our offerings of thanksgiving and also bless them. One good thing about thanksgiving is that, in giving thanks, we also seek God's blessings. Thus, we do two things at a time. It is a beautiful thing and very marvellous.

The title of the song is "in thanksgiving and love" composed by the famous Nigerian composer, Evang. Jude Nnam.

hola Hive Open Mic Week #176, mi nombre es @jesus-son y aquí vengo a hacer una presentación para el evento de esta semana. El tema de esta semana es muy común ya que daría a muchas personas la oportunidad de participar. Se trata de gratitud y, por definición, gratitud es mostrar aprecio por una buena acción.

En la vida, todos hemos recibido una cosa u otra de Dios primero y luego de nuestros semejantes. Es cortesía decir gracias o mostrar un acto de gratitud por haberse beneficiado del gesto amable de alguien. Un adagio africano dice que cuando se elogia al poderoso por hacer un bien, se le incitará a hacer más. Por lo tanto, no se puede subestimar el poder de la gratitud. Incluso Dios se conmueve por nuestra acción de gracias. Por tanto, es bueno ser un ser agradecido.

En esta publicación, deseo compartir con ustedes una canción que describe este tema. Es un canto de gratitud a Dios por todo lo que hace. De hecho, nuestra acción de gracias a Dios no puede cuantificar sus milagros, pero tenemos que mostrarle gratitud.

La canción que les traigo es una que cantamos a menudo en mi iglesia durante el tiempo de presentación de regalos. En este canto le pedimos a Dios que reciba nuestras ofrendas de acción de gracias y también las bendiga. Una cosa buena de la acción de gracias es que, al dar gracias, también buscamos las bendiciones de Dios. Así, hacemos dos cosas a la vez. Es algo hermoso y muy maravilloso.

El título de la canción es "en acción de gracias y amor" compuesta por el famoso compositor nigeriano Evang. Judas Nnam.
