Hi, Afritunes community, Welcome to another week and our last date before the new week, when we celebrate African music.

For week 68, I will sing an Acapella cover of a composed song. As I said in the video, it wasn't composed by me. It's a gospel song, and the inspiration for the song comes from the Bible in Psalm 139. So stay tuned.

This composed song came to my mind while I was looking for a song to sing, and for a moment, I thought the lyrics were wrong, but after I saw and read it in the Bible, I was convinced otherwise.

The lyrics of the song were based on a passage from the Bible, which is a source of inspiration and guidance for many people. This realization gave me confirmation that the lyrics were indeed correct, and I was able to sing the song with confidence. The part I loved was the part that read, "Search me, O Lord, and know my way. If there is evil there, lead me to everlasting life".

The verse means that if there is any wrong path I am taking, God can help me find a way to the right one. This verse brings me comfort and reassurance that I will be able to find the right path with God's help.

Earlier today, I recall the preacher explaining a Bible verse that says, "Watch and pray." Even though we may feel that we are immune to the devil and that Christ strengthens us, we should still watch and pray. We should actively seek God's grace and protection, and stay vigilant against evil and temptation. It is only through prayer and watchfulness that we can stay on the path of righteousness.
