Straddle Planche Routine

Hiveand colleagues ofStreet WorkoutCommunity, My name is Jesuerimar Guarirapa, my username is @jeshu-sw. In this opportunity I will be in the company of @jerikop-sw, semi-professional athlete, who will support me in training whenever he can, to execute straddle planche.
La rutina que planificó para mí está compuesta por 5 ejercicios, los cuales son:
• Aguante en lean planche.
• Flexiones en pica con aguante en lean planche al final.
• Aguante en tuck con paralelas.
• Aguante en lean planche con paralelas.
• Aguante en elbow planche en paralelas.
La meta es ejecutar estraddle planche con una postura perfecta, por lo tanto cada ejercicio debe realizarme con la mejor postura y técnica posible.
The routine he planned for me is composed of 5 exercises, which are:
- Lean planche hold.
- Push-ups on pike with lean planche hold at the end.
- Tuck hold with parallel.
- Hold on lean planche with parallel.
- Hold on elbow planche in parallel.
The goal is to perform straddle planche with perfect posture, therefore each exercise must be performed with the best possible posture and technique
