HEAVEN CAME DOWN: JAYDR (cover)

Hello Hivers

Today being Sunday I just chose to do a song that expressed my joy for the day, Its funny I didnt know the song so well, but the part I know I sure sang well and I did enjoyed my self playing my guitar along side.

The story behind this song is that of a wretched wondering soul with no one finding anything in him to help. He practically wondered in darkness, not holding on to anything, no hopes, no future, nothing was promise, he lived his life base on just guts and nuts and definitely no love. He found himself slowly die and without hope, much dead than he was alive and he knew it. Now mind you, He had amassed much wealth in this world, he had nothing lacking, but then he knew inside that he lacked everything, he had nothing.

For him a passage of the scriptures says..

Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

He hadn't stayed too long before he found just how empty he was and how he can be filled with much more through Christ.

He found Jesus, and he was shown tender compassion, love which he had scarcely gotten. He found love undiluted, mercy undeserved and grace uncorrupt.

The needs of his heart were met, and the darkness was destroyed by the light and he was free.

My little story may be familiar but if not, it is the story of a sinner who found Christ. It is my story and the story of every believer and that's why we all can sing that song.
