MUSIC: Three Tune Tuesday 114 - 3 Songs by U2 (Part 2)! - (3 Cover Performances!)

Hello everybody on HIVE, and especially the Music Community. My name is Jasper and I'm writing (and singing) to you from Cape Town in South Africa!

This is my 49th week in a row contributing to "Three Tune Tuesday", an initiative started by @ablaze. It is week 114 overall!

In all of my TTT entries so far, I have tried to play the songs on guitar as well as share the original videos... and my current pattern for "Three Tune Tuesday" is to pick three songs by one of my favourite artists, that has inspired me - as I also write original songs.

I plan to reach 52 weeks in a row, a full year, before putting the guitar down and merely sharing 3 videos like an ordinary human being! Hahaha!

So, 4 weeks of covers to go. I thought it would be nice to revisit some of my favourite prolific artists I have already tackled and do a Part 2!

This week I would like to tackle U2 - Part 2! The first time I tackled U2, as far as I can remember, I did:

This time, let me start with a guitar tuned to DADGAD, as it really seems to help me get into the vibe of "Where the Streets Have No Name"! Here is the original version:

Finally, let's pick up a guitar in conventional (EADGBE) tuning to sing "One" to finish off this week's set! Here is the original!
