A Proper 420 - Event Recap

Austin Texas celebrated 420 in a major way. At the Santa Cruz theater in Austin Texas a music show was put on entitled, A Proper 420. The live music event featured acts such as Plant Matter Music, The Bottomless, and the headliner of the evening A Proper Tuesday. The event was organized and produced by JaceyTV and Austin Cross, with Green Cross CBD sponsoring the festivities. Vendors included Yahweh of Nomadic Lux. I’ve covered musical events before but none quite like this. The energy was insane, very positive vibes all throughout the venue and the entire night. Each band brought their own uniqueness to the stage playing beautiful sounds for the crowd in attendance. If I could take anything away from the show it was all about unity and acceptance, being rare and original. The camaraderie between all the bands the band members, the audience, the vendors, the assistants, and the sound crew was very encouraging. The night brought back feelings of the before-before when we humans weren’t afraid to interact with each other. I’m hoping the positive vibes spread throughout the world and if not the world at least I hope it grows in Austin.
