Quería compartir con ustedes ciertos cambios que he venido haciendo con mi vida.
Ser madre si bien es maravilloso, también abarca gran parte de mi tiempo.
Y no es una tarea fácil, siempre estoy dando carreras y ocupada con los niños que ya no son tan niños 😂.
En medio del hermoso y caótico mundo de ser mamá , de alguna manera nos olvidamos de nuestras necesidades y no nos tomamos un tiempo para nosotras.
Por eso este año empecé con pequeños cambios que han ido en aumento y eso ha contribuido a disminuir el estres y a conectar con mi paz interior.

I wanted to share with you certain changes I have been making with my life.
Being a mom while wonderful, it also encompasses much of my time.
And it's not an easy task, I'm always racing around and busy with kids who aren't so kids anymore 😂.
In the midst of the beautiful and chaotic world of being a mom , somehow we forget about our needs and don't take time for ourselves.
That's why this year I started with small changes that have been increasing and that has contributed to decrease stress and connect with my inner peace .

Sigo aferrada a mí centro que es la música, pero también me inscribí en el gimnasio, no por vanidad, si no más bien por el tema de salud que debo seguir cuidando.
Parte del tratamiento me hizo aumentar de peso y es algo que por consejos médicos no debo permitir , porque aún mi cuerpo está en proceso de ciertos ajustes 🙃🥰.

I still cling to my center which is music, but I also joined the gym, not for vanity, but rather for the health issue that I must continue to take care of.
Part of the treatment made me gain weight and it is something that by medical advice I should not allow, because my body is still in the process of certain adjustments 🙃🥰.

Trato de hacer meditación diaria, afirmaciones, voy a ejercitarme mínimo 3 veces a la semana y cuando no estoy ensayando me entrego a mi otro hobbie que es la lectura.
Mis hijos son bastante geniales y son muy organizados con sus deberes escolares, y en casa nos repartimos las tareas domésticas, lo que hace más ligera la carga de responsabilidades mientras ellos aprenden de responsabilidades y autonomía.

I try to do daily meditation, affirmations, I go to exercise minimum 3 times a week and when I'm not rehearsing I indulge in my other hobby which is reading.
My kids are pretty cool and are very organized with their homework, and at home we divide the household chores, which makes the burden of responsibilities lighter while they learn about responsibilities and autonomy.

El aprender a relajarme y a dedicarme tiempo ha permitido muchas cosas positivas.
Porque cuidarse es amarte y para poder amar, cuidar y criar sabiamente, debes empezar desde tus espacios sagrados.

Learning to relax and take time for myself has allowed for many positive things.

Pues creo y estoy segura que son afirmaciones poderosas para mejorar día tras día.
Y no dejar que los días nublados nos detengan.
