Mis días inician muy temprano, cuando aún no ha salido el sol y mis hijos aún duermen. Es el momento ideal para disfrutar de un poco de silencio antes de que los ruidos y la alegría de la mañana invadan la casa. Me preparo un te y salgo al jardín, donde me siento a escuchar el canto de los pájaros y a contemplar la belleza de las flores.

My days start very early, when the sun has not yet risen and my children are still asleep. It is the ideal time to enjoy a bit of silence before the noises and joy of the morning invade the house. I make myself a cup of tea and go out to the garden, where I sit and listen to the birds singing and contemplate the beauty of the flowers.

La música siempre ha sido una parte importante de mi vida. Desde que era niña, aprendí a apreciar la magia de la musica y la forma en que puede transportarnos a lugares mágicos. Music has always been an important part of my life. Ever since I was a child, I learned to appreciate the magic of music and the way it can transport us to magical places. My children have inherited my love for it, and it is wonderful to see how excited they get when they hear their favorite songs or discover new rhythms and melodies.
We also enjoy baking a cake or cookies together, planting a seedling, going outside, watching a movie together, or just cuddling and telling stories.

Ser una mamá soltera con una salud delicada no es tarea fácil, hay días en los que me siento abrumada, y agotada sobre todo cuando mis niveles de electrolitos están descompensados por mi problema renal, pero son esos mismos días en los que me doy cuenta de cuánto valgo como madre y de la fortaleza que llevo dentro de mí para superar cualquier obstáculo. Being a single mom with delicate health is no easy task, there are days when I feel overwhelmed, and exhausted especially when my electrolyte levels are out of balance due to my kidney problem, but it is those same days when I realize how much I am worth as a mother and the strength I carry within me to overcome any obstacle. I learned to be resilient, to persevere and to never give up.

Mis hijos son testigos de mi lucha diaria, me ven levantarme temprano, hacer desayuno, llevarlos a la escuela, regresar a tiempo para la hora de la comida, ayudarlos con la tarea, llevarlos al parque, cocinar la cena y acostarlos con un beso y un apapacho. Ellos ven cómo las circunstancias no me detienen, cómo mi determinación es más fuerte que cualquier adversidad y cómo el amor que siento por ellos es inquebrantable.

My children are witnesses of my daily struggle, they see me get up early, make breakfast, take them to school, come back on time for lunch, help them with homework, take them to the park, cook dinner and put them to bed with a kiss and a cuddle.
They see how circumstances do not stop me, how my determination is stronger than any adversity and how the love I feel for them is unwavering.

Por eso creo que Isaac Daniel en medio de su tratamiento y dieta ha sido tan valiente y constante, el valora todo el esfuerzo y el empeño porque sabe que ha tenido grandes resultados, que le permitirán llevar Dios mediante una vida normal. Sometimes there are challenges along the way, but no matter how many difficulties arise, I will always find in my children the strength and inspiration to move forward and face any adversity.

Knowing that Carlos is in college and that he has been awarded a scholarship with a job fills me with pride and joy, even though I see him very little and miss him so much, I know that he is carving his own path and a great future full of blessings.
