Make Me Bad, fue lanzado en el año 2000 como parte del álbum “Issues” un gran disco del cual tengo una copia original. Esta canción fue promocionada con un video musical inspirada en Alien, y para mí que en aquella época contaba con 12 años de edad, este video era impactante e increíble.

La letra del tema, según Wikipedia se refiere a un momento de la vida de Jonathan Davis , vocalista de la banda, cuando decidió hacer a un lado el abuso de drogas y alcohol e inició una etapa de abstinencia, justo antes de lanzar el disco Issues.

Respecto a la ejecución de este tema en la guitarra debo decir, que lo más indicado es tocarla con una guitarra 7 cuerdas, tal cual la toca la banda, para alcanzar las notas más agudas, también la puedes tocar con una de 6 cuerdas pero sin duda sonaría mejor con una de 7 cuerdas. En las partes más suaves la guitarra tiene un efecto que me ha resultado difícil emular, pero he configurado un sonido lo más parecido posible. El resto de la canción utiliza una distorsión bastante agresiva muy característica de la banda. Para aprenderme este tema observé algunos covers en youtube y elegí tocar el que me pareció más precios, además también observé algunas presentaciones de la banda para cerciorarme de que era la forma correcta de tocar la canción.

Regarding the execution of this song on the guitar I must say, that the most appropriate is to play it with a 7 string guitar, as the band plays it, to reach the highest notes, you can also play it with a 6 string guitar but it would certainly sound better with a 7 string guitar. In the softer parts the guitar has an effect that I found difficult to emulate, but I have set up a sound as close as possible. The rest of the song uses a quite aggressive distortion very characteristic of the band. To learn this song I watched some covers on youtube and I chose to play the one that I thought was the most precious, I also watched some of the band's performances to make sure it was the right way to play the song.
