Hola amigos de Hive, un saludo especial a la comunidad de Pukumundo. Hace días no compartía música con ustedes y estoy de regreso con un cover de P.O.D una de mis bandas favoritas de New Metal.

Hello friends of Hive, a special greeting to the Pukumundo community. It's been days since I last shared music with you and I'm back with a cover of P.O.D. one of my favorite New Metal bands.

P.O.D es una banda estadounidense, formada en San Diego, California en el año de 1991. Esta banda es muy única a mi parecer por su mezcla de metal con ska y rap , el rap fue algo que caracterizó a muchas bandas de New metal en la década de los 90, pero la inclusión de sonidos de Ska es algo muy único en esta banda.

P.O.D is an American band, formed in San Diego, California in 1991. This band is very unique in my opinion for its mix of metal with ska and rap, rap was something that characterized many New metal bands in the 90's, but the inclusion of Ska sounds is something very unique in this band.

Esta banda me resultaba impresionante a finales de los 90’s y principios del 2000, poder observar sus conciertos en vivo en Mtv era una experiencia única, eran conciertos disfrutables de principio a fin, con grandes temas como Southtown, el tema que les presento en esta publicación.

I found this band impressive in the late 90's and early 2000's, being able to watch their live concerts on Mtv was a unique experience, they were enjoyable concerts from beginning to end, with great songs like Southtown, the song that I present in this publication.

Mi disco favorito es Satellite, es un disco con un sonido sumamente poderoso pero con matices, que dan un toque más interesante.

My favorite album is Satellite, it is an album with an extremely powerful sound but with nuances, which give a more interesting touch.

Southtown es uno de mis temas favoritos y pertenece al disco The Fundamental Elements of Southtown, es bastante sencillo de tocar, pero su sonido te energiza es un sonido agresivo, al mejor estilo New metal. Para tocarlo he utilizado una pista de Guitar Pro de fondo, que incluye el bajo y la batería.

Southtown is one of my favorite songs and belongs to the album The Fundamental Elements of Southtown, it is quite simple to play, but its sound energizes you, it is an aggressive sound, in the best New metal style. To play it I have used a Guitar Pro track in the background, which includes bass and drums.
