    Hola que tal mi gente de #hive y #swc espero se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad voy a comenzar una serie de post en la cual estare compartiendo mi progreso en el Front Lever y la Straddle Planche. Vamos a comenzar con el Front Lever, hoy es Jueves 31 de agosto, será el día 1. Para el día viernes 29 de septiembre debería notar un cambio significativo de fuerza y resistencia en estos dos elementos.

    Lo realmente interesante de esta serie es que cada día que entrene estos elementos les regalaré una rutina tal cual la mía pero con regresiones nivel base, para las cuales contaré con uno de mis compañeros y alumno de entrenamiento, quien comenzará el día de hoy con este elemento. Así que, vamos allá.

This time I'm going to start a series of posts in which I'll be sharing my progress on the Front Lever and the Straddle Planche. We are going to start with the Front Lever, today is Thursday August 31, it will be day 1. By Friday September 29 you should notice a significant change in strength and resistance in these two elements.

    The really interesting thing about this series is that every day I train these elements I will give you a routine just like mine but with base level regressions, for which I will have one of my training partners and student , who will start today with this element. So here we go.

    Front Lever


    El Front Lever es un elemento nivel intermedio-avanzado de la calistenia, ubicado en la zona de fuerza de tracción y palancas. Este es uno de los primeros elementos de tensión que todo atleta competitivo quiere conseguir por su forma a nivel visual y alto nivel de control corporal.

    Consiste básicamente en colocar el cuerpo de forma horizontal con relación al suelo sosteniéndose de una barra fija, anillas o superficie que permita realizarlo sin causar ningún inconveniente.

    The Front Lever is an intermediate-advanced level element of calisthenics, located in the zone of pulling force and levers. This is one of the first tension items every competitive athlete wants to achieve for their visual form and high level of body control.

    It basically consists of placing the body horizontally in relation to the ground, holding on to a fixed bar, rings or a surface that allows it to be done without causing any inconvenience.

    Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y la rutina también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
