IAmAliveChallenge | I Am Alive - Day Twenty-Eight

Pardon my messy hair on the video. LOL! I should have fixed my hair first upon coming home from another run. It was a quick yet packed run for this morning... first off, I'm super glad that one of the neighborhood laundry shops is back in business. Yipee! Then, I had to make a quick stop at the bank to pay some dues for my direct selling business. I had not been able to settle the dues 'coz of the lockdown. It's a good thing they made online payment possible. Public transport is still off, so that sort of limits my going anywhere but around my neighborhood. The street leading to the pet supplies store has also opened, so it makes it easier to go and grab my orders.

One of the things I noticed from this morning's run was that a lot of other businesses have opened up along my street. It makes me sort of wonder as some are not exactly essentials. Oh well. Plus, there was a short line of vehicular traffic on our road leading to another main road. Wow! You would wonder if we were even in a lockdown. The last time I checked, it wasn't even lifted yet. Oh boy!

Sorry not sorry for my rants. That's what happens when I go online and read about the daily news and headlines. The way I see it, it's either I get mad and voice out my disgust or turn a blind eye and become apathetic to our plight. I'm sruggling to find the balance. At the end of the day, I still wish to live a normal, balanced, happy life.
