IAmAliveChallenge | I Am Alive - Day Twenty-Three

Better late than never. Totally applicable to this video. It started Friday night when I took a short clip the incoming storm. It really passed near the city. I welcome the strong rains that really helped cool down the flat.

Then, we heard kittens crying outside so I helped my daughter find out where the sound came from. The rain was too heavy and the rooftop quite dark we didn't find anything. We did, however, find Playful dead by the third floor stairs. Huhuhu. We were really saddened, esp. Mom as Playful was the sweetest little kitty ever. She would jump on Mom's lap every time Mom would sit outside. Now, she's gone and Mom is really sad. A tribute to Playful at the end of the video.

A bit of a tour of the rooftop of the building the following morning, Saturday May 16th. After this Day 23 video, I believe it is truly important to celebrate being alive each day. If you're living a privileged life in a first world country, you probably wouldn't understand.
