HL CREATIVE-SUNDAY - HOLD ONTO ME COVER

Hello everyone, it's another amazing Sunday to display our Creativity in every way possible and I'm definitely not missing that opportunity this week! It has actually been a while I presented something like this and I hope it would be worth your time Listening to it. I'm not so creative in plenty things but from feedbacks I've gotten lately, I think music is where I get more creative so here you go!

I have had the plans of sharing a good video but it is a bit hard putting the video together so I just had to go for what I love best which is music. Like since I woke up I've just been singing one song to another so I thought it would be just fulfilling doing a music video entry today as always. Hopefully with time I'd get to share the cooking video with you all.

As I'd always love to say, Music is beautiful and it's really so hard not to just love it especially if it's good music! You don't even need to force it, it just flows. Like I said the previous week, I have so many songs I wish to do a cover of but I barely know the lyrics of so many of them so I always end up settling for a song that I can easily vibe with and this one is not an exception, hehe.

So for my presentation, I did a song cover of "HOLD ON TO ME BY LAUREN DAIGLE" a western artist. She has quite a lot of beautiful songs and I've always enjoyed listening to her song because they are songs that you can relate with anytime. I got to know this particular song when I was still singing with my group some years back and I realized I haven't done a cover of it before.

The song sends a message of reliance on God and how much of a loving God he is. Lauren sent a very strong message in her words that I feel not everyone can relate with because not everyone have really accepted the precepts of God. There are times when we are at our lowest point and at that point we feel neglected and rejected but remembering we have a God just gives us this assurance that everything will be fine.

My rendition was quite an emotional one because I decided to let the words flow through me and it was a beautiful feeling and I do hope you also get to feel that too. I'm always trying to get better at my music videos and most especially my voice and my overall presentation and I do hope to get your feedbacks criticism (to make me better) and your support in anyway possible.
