Good morning fellow hive and SWC. I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari. This time I want to share with you a workout I did with my friend actcel, where we trained the elements of planche and front lever, although at a beginner level since we are both in a short break, since my routines are usually longer and stronger, so I took the opportunity to tell him to do this workout where we are almost at the same level. For those who want to train these two elements, you can get an idea of how you could make a short workout where these two elements come together, although from experience if you combine these routines I advise you to choose well the selection of exercises, as there are certain combinations that fatigue us for the exercise of one element to another, so I wanted to bring you what could be a workout so you can see and perform it this way, although, you can add or remove exercises, I would train with these that I did. It should be noted that the routine is adaptable to each level, whether you have more level or less, you can do it depending on where you are 💪🏼.
