• El nombre de “Guarenas” o "Huerena" proviene de la lengua Caribe y significa "pradera" o "tierra de mucha hierba" o "herbazal", y era como los indígenas chagaragotos llamaban a estas tierras. La posterior mudanza del pueblo al sitio donde se encuentra actualmente se realizó hacia finales del siglo XVII

este fue una nueva y grata experiencia que disfrute. claro con poco de pena pero eso con la practica se soluciona.
