Chicken with rice.. .

First cut chicken and wash it. Then i will going to mash it with many ingredients. The ingredients are Javitri flower paste, Nutmeg, Sour yogurt, Biryani spice, Garlic paste
,Ginger paste, Cumin paste, black pepper paste, green pepper paste and salt. Mixed it well. In my video i will show you all how much ingredient that i use to mixers it. Keep it 15 minutes. Then going to next step. Cook chicken.

For cooking it first take a pan and pour some oil then going to fried onion. When the onion become brown colors then pour all mixed up chicken that i keep i in a big bowl. After 30 minutes when chicken cooked and kept some gravy. Gravy mixed with rice.

Now the time to cook rice. First wash rice. Then take a big pot and pour some oil. When oil become hot give some onion. Onion berresta in bangla it was says that. Brown onion used when the rice cooked. On top of cooked rice keep the brown color onion. When the rice cooked well. Pour the cooked chicken and mixed it. My cooking was over. Now decorated it with salad.
