4 chords improvisation lofi hip hop | @hanselmusic

Hey! Today I was studying things that I was forgetting. It was about music theory and how to use some chords to create nice voicings in the piano.

¡Hola! Hoy estuve estudiando cosas que estaba olvidando sobre la teoría musical, sobre cómo usar acordes y crear diferentes sonidos y extensiones en ellos.

I was planning in my mind to make a challenge only using 4 chords and make a small improvisation, but I didn’t want to use the basic chords but add some beautiful sound to them. So for these chords y added extensions.

Estaba planeando en mi mente hacer una especie de reto usando solo 4 acordes con una improvisación. No quería usar la forma básica de los acordes, así que quise agregarle extensiones.

The chord progression is based on the key of D major and it goes like this:
Emin11 - A13 - Dmaj9 - Ddim7.

La progresión de acordes va de esta manera: Emin11 - A13 - Dmaj9 - Ddim7.

I used a lo-fi beat to make it more of the style of nowadays, like a lofi hip hop using jazzy chords. I used two pianos and that’s it.

Used un beat lofi como para el estilo de hoy en día, como lofi hip hop con acordes muy del jazz. Usé dos pianos y este es el resultado.

I wanna try to improvise more and use the resources that I've learned in my college days. My idea is improve more in different styles and make cool chords.

Quiero improvisar mucho más y usar los recursos que estudié en la academia. Mi idea es mejorar más y usar acordes mucho más complejos.
