Semana Número 69 - Ronda Nº3. Hive Music Festival.

Un Cordial Saludo a mis amigos del Hive Music Festival, bendiciones para todos ustedes espero que quienes lean estas palabras tengan salud, fuerza y vitalidad. La Semana pasada por cuestiones laborales no pude subir mi entrada para el festival, en esta etapa final del Ciclo vengo a compartir mis progresos con la Bandola Llanera, instrumento que estoy estudiando más a profundidad.

Quienes somos Venezolanos identificamos fácilmente al Cuatro, el Arpa y las Maracas pero muchos pifiamos cuando vemos una Bandola, y realmente no es culpa del público sino que este instrumento a pesar de que se desarrolla en el ámbito popular, pocos lo conocen y hay pocos quienes toquen este mítico instrumento.

Desde que escuche por primera vez la fuerza y la energía de la Bandola quedé fascinado, su sencillez y su potencia me causan gran asombro y me he dado cuenta lo difícil que es tocarla a medida que voy estudiando.

La Bandola que uso actualmente es Tradicional y me las prestó un amigo.

Zumba que Zumba - Otro Tradicional Golpe de Joropo.

Venezuela tiene una gran cantidad de manifestaciones culturales, y la música es una de las Ramas que más diversidad tiene a nivel Tradicional-Popular, los Golpes de Joropo se parecen mucho a los Palos de Flamenco, puesto que se dividen por nivel de complejidad armónica y melódica, hay cientos de golpes de Joropo, unos por supuesto más populares que otros.

Incluso he escuchado que muchos de estos Golpes se ha perdido en el tiempo, realmente en este tema no soy un experto puesto que con la música de los llanos Venezolanos soy un principiante, a medida que voy avanzando me doy cuenta lo inconmensurable que es la música llanera, a la cual cada día respeto más.

Week Number 69 - Round Nº3. Hive Music Festival.

A Cordial Greeting to my friends of the Hive Music Festival, blessings to all of you, I hope that those who read these words have health, strength and vitality. Last week due to work issues I could not upload my entry for the festival, in this final stage of the cycle I come to share my progress with the Bandola Llanera, an instrument that I am studying more in depth.

Those of us who are Venezuelans easily identify the Cuatro, the Harp and the Maracas but many of us miss the mark when we see a Bandola, and it is not really the fault of the public but this instrument although it is developed in the popular sphere, few know it and there are few who play this mythical instrument.

Since I heard for the first time the strength and energy of the Bandola I was fascinated, its simplicity and power cause me great amazement and I have realized how difficult it is to play it as I study.

The Bandola I currently use is Traditional and was lent to me by a friend.

Zumba que Zumba - Another Beautiful Traditional Song.

Venezuela has a great amount of cultural manifestations, and music is one of the branches that has more diversity at a Traditional-Popular level, the Golpes de Joropo are very similar to the Palos de Flamenco, since they are divided by level of harmonic and melodic complexity, there are hundreds of Joropo beats, some of course more popular than others.

I have even heard that many of these Golpes have been lost in time, I am not really an expert on this subject since I am a beginner with the music of the Venezuelan plains, as I progress I realize how immeasurable is the music of the plains, which every day I respect more.
