Semana Número 67 - Ronda Nº1. Hive Music Festival.

Cordiales saludos a mis colegas del Hive Music Festival, un nuevo ciclo comienza y ya las entradas son de alta calidad, para este ciclo voy a subir mi trabajo con respecto a la Bandola llanera, al parecer y según lo que he investigado soy el primer Hiver en tocar este instrumento para la plataforma, cosa que me hace sentirme muy orgulloso porque me siento como un embajador de mi música venezolana en la blockchain.

Una de las cosas que me fascina del Festival es su receptividad a toda clase de artistas musicales, ya sean conservadores o vanguardistas, pueden participar y demostrar su talento y sus habilidades cada semana, eso hace que cada ronda sea muy sorpresiva y llena de variedad.

Yo participé en el primer ciclo y soy un fiel testigo de como este Festival aumenta en calidad y tamaño, en poco tiempo se ha convertido en un referencial musical aquí en Hive.

La Periquera Venezolana - Golpe de Joropo.

La Bandola llanera es un instrumento exótico incluso para nosotros los Venezolanos, cuando la saco en publico siempre alguien me pregunta: "¿Éso es un Cuatro?", ciertamente tiene 4 cuerdas y puede confundirse con uno pero en tamaño son distintos.

La Bandola llanera tiene una forma parecida a la de una Pera, y su ejecución es totalmente distinta a la del Cuatro.

Ahora bien, la Periquera es un Golpe De Joropo, esto quiere decir, una pieza tradicional de los llanos venezolanos que tiene una estructura armónica y rítmica ya predestinada, claro no todas las periqueras son iguales, ya que siempre se varían sobretodo a nivel rítmico y melódico.

En la próxima semana seguiré hablando más sobre la Bandola y los Golpes de Joropo.

Week Number 67 - Round Nº1. Hive Music Festival.

Cordial greetings to my Hive Music Festival colleagues, a new cycle begins and already the entries are of high quality, for this cycle I am going to upload my work regarding the Bandola llanera, apparently and according to what I have researched I am the first Hiver to play this instrument for the platform, something that makes me feel very proud because I feel like an ambassador of my Venezuelan music in the blockchain.

One of the things that fascinates me about the Festival is its receptivity to all kinds of musical artists, whether conservative or avant-garde, they can participate and show their talent and skills every week, that makes each round very surprising and full of variety.

I participated in the first round and I am a faithful witness of how this Festival increases in quality and size, in a short time it has become a musical reference here in Hive.

La Periquera Venezolana - Golpe de Joropo.

The Bandola llanera is an exotic instrument even for us Venezuelans, when I take it out in public someone always asks me: "Is that a Cuatro?", it certainly has 4 strings and can be confused with a Cuatro but in size they are different.

The Bandola llanera has a shape similar to that of a Pera, and its execution is totally different from that of the Cuatro.

Now, the Periquera is a Golpe De Joropo, this means, a traditional piece of the Venezuelan plains that has a harmonic and rhythmic structure already predestined, of course not all the periqueras are the same, since they always vary especially at the rhythmic and melodic level.

Next week I will continue talking more about the Bandola and the Golpes de Joropo.
