Mi negocio de locución y edición de videos sigue creciendo [SPA - ENG]

En julio de 2023 un ex mormón panameño, pero que vive en Noruega, me escribió por correo electrónico que tenía un texto de 1500 palabras que deseaba convertir en video. Era un testimonio sobre lo que vive un miembro de la Iglesia de Jesucristo de los Santos de los Últimos Días, o para mejor comprensión, de la Iglesia Mormona.

Le respondí que estaba bien y que contara conmigo. Acordamos que le haría la locución y el trabajo completo de edición de video.

Después de leer el guion le pregunté:

¿Qué deseas transmitir: drama, ironía, reflexión, misterio?

Me respondió:

De todo un poco. Lo que realmente deseo es inquietar a mormones activos y que se cuestionen su fe.

Como mencioné, solo tenía el texto, nada más. Lo demás tenía que hacerlo yo, fue un proceso de creación completa. Pasé 3 meses buscando imágenes, videos, música, efectos de sonido, así como grabando la voz y editando el video de casi 15 minutos de duración y del que extraje 5 shorts/reels a petición del cliente, ya que deseaba publicarlo en otras redes sociales para generar tráfico al video principal.

Fue una experiencia muy intensa, tanto que luego de terminarlo me hacía falta seguir trabajando con este proyecto. Espero lo disfruten, más allá de que comulguen o no con el mensaje.

In July 2023 a former Panamanian Mormon, but living in Norway, wrote me by email that he had a 1500 word text that he wanted to turn into a video. It was a testimony about what a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or for better understanding, of the Mormon Church, lives.

I replied that it was fine and that he could count on me. We agreed that I would do the voice-over and the complete video editing work for him.

After reading the script I asked him:

What do you want to convey: drama, irony, reflection, mystery??

He answered:

A little bit of everything. What I really want is to disturb active Mormons and make them question their faith.

As I mentioned, I only had the text, nothing else. The rest had to be done by me, it was a complete creation process. I spent 3 months looking for images, videos, music, sound effects, as well as recording the voice and editing the video of almost 15 minutes long and from which I extracted 5 shorts/reels at the request of the client, since I wanted to publish it in other social networks to generate traffic to the main video.

It was a very intense experience, so much so that after finishing it I needed to continue working with this project. I hope you enjoy it, regardless of whether you agree with the message or not.
