No sé).

I am one of those who think that public speaking is a matter of attitude. To get into the role, to get into the play, to mentalize that I am a great speaker. **It is a matter of attitude. In my opinion, there is nothing more to add, however, I will explain what I mean by these statements.

One of the basic lessons I learned in the first public speaking courses I attended is that I must overcome my fears and believe in myself before I stand up in front of an audience. If I do the work to connect my purpose, my self-confidence and the well-being that comes from communicating effectively with others, it will make it easier for me to speak in front of one person or thousands of people.

MY EXPERIENCE IN RECORDING VIDEOS OR PODCASTS

When I record a video I don't do it to show off or to be seen as attractive (which I'm really not. Or am I? I don't know). When I record myself teaching a class or sharing information my intention is to teach what I know. Because I always say, I don't know it all. I simply share with you what has worked for me, what I have learned from other mentors, from other speakers, from people much more experienced than me. In my videos or audios I give you what I have read in books, seen in videos, learned in classroom or online courses that I have attended and for which I have paid, others for free, and all these teachings I share with you, I apply them to me, and what works for me, well that is what I share with you.

There is nothing else, if I did not have the attitude, the desire, the motive to teach, I simply do not stand in front of a camera or microphone, whether I consider myself beautiful or ugly. And that is why commercial speaking, public speaking, human relations, all of them are based on attitude, on mentality, on believing the story, on having confidence in oneself.

IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT SELF-CONFIDENCE AND ATTITUDE.

That's the first thing, but obviously it's not the only thing. It's not that if you feel like you're a broadcaster, then you're a broadcaster, it's not just magic. No, no, no. Don't get me wrong. Attitude is the first step, but then you have to learn, practice, model other voice professionals or public speaking professionals; imitate and adapt it to you. Bring out your own version.

My recommendation is that you practice and practice a lot. Attend courses, learn techniques, watch videos on YouTube (mine are more than available for you). And believe me, if you have the attitude, you have the desire, the motivation and you put in your mind that you are a speaker, that you are a speaker or that you are a podcaster and that you are going to communicate in a powerful way, it will be easier for you to do it.

ATTITUDE AND SELF-CONFIDENCE IS THE FIRST STEP.

But you can attend 1000 courses, you can do mentoring with the best speaker in the country, with a world renowned speaker, with a respected coach or an ultra famous sales tutor, but if you don't have the attitude, the mindset and you "believe the story", with all due respect I tell you that you are wasting money, time and effort because you are going to have a lot of knowledge but you are not going to know what to do with it. You are not going to want to prove it, try it or take a risk. You will know a lot and you will want little, you will learn a lot, but you will dare little and you will stifle the power that resides in you to communicate and improve every day.

That is why. The first step in public speaking is ACTITUDE.
