Mis pequeños en esta ocasión les comparto mi experiencia y primera impresión con la copa menstrual, varias personas me habían dicho que era la quinta maravilla y me confíe pensando que era la cosas fácil del mundo pero me lleve una gran sorpresa.

Por otro lado, después de grabar el vídeo me enteré que no es necesario esterilizar la copa de ninguna manera, según la youtuber Dra. Jackie en su canal "salud en corto" dice que es suficiente con lavarla con agua y jabón, ya que está hecha de silicón quirúrgico hipoalergénico (lo que sea que eso signifique) un artículo que no debe estar en nuestra cocina sino en el baño.

Cómo siempre digo, todos los días se aprende algo nuevo y si les soy honesta me sorprendió que diera está información ya que en todos lados hablan de lo importante que es esterilizarla y sin afán de sonar floja, la verdad me alegra saber que no es necesario esterilizarla ya que esto hace la tarea mucho más fácil.

También encontré la información de que es mejor adquirir una copa sin color ya que según esto el hecho de que sea de algún color hace que suelte ciertas sustancias que a largo plazo puede afectar de alguna manera (según ví que dijeron en un vídeo de Youtube) esto no es algo que haya visto en varios vídeos, de hecho solo lo ví en uno como tal, pero en otros solo decía que es mejor la copa sin color ya que podemos ver mejor cómo es nuestra sangre y cuanto llenamos la copa.

Y también me di cuenta que soy la peor porque en el empaque viene la forma de uso y yo no lo había visto.

My Experience with the Menstrual Cup

My little ones this time I share with you my experience and first impression with the menstrual cup, several people had told me that it was the fifth wonder and I trusted thinking it was the easiest thing in the world but I got a big surprise.

On the other hand, after recording the video I found out that it is not necessary to sterilize the cup in any way, according to the youtuber Dr. Jackie in her channel "salud en corto" she says that it is enough to wash it with soap and water, since it is made of hypoallergenic surgical silicone (whatever that means) an item that should not be in our kitchen but in the bathroom.

As I always say, every day you learn something new and if I am honest I was surprised that I gave this information because everywhere they talk about how important it is to sterilize it and without wanting to sound lazy, the truth is that I am glad to know that it is not necessary to sterilize it as this makes the task much easier.

I also found the information that it is better to buy a cup without color since according to this the fact that it is of some color makes it release certain substances that in the long term can affect in some way (according to what I saw they said in a Youtube video) this is not something I have seen in several videos, in fact I only saw it in one as such, but in others it only said that it is better the cup without color since we can see better how our blood is and how much we fill the cup.

And I also realized that I am the worst because in the packaging comes the way to use it and I had not seen it.
