The last episode of 3 minutes of relaxation and meditation got positive feedback in
@threespeak channel and my other social media handles. I am really thankful for that. I received a message also on my Instagram to upload more calm and peaceful content because as it is perfectly content, especially on our current situation. We had a great conversation regarding the negativity and being toxic in social media. Tonight, I want to showcase a relaxation for a soothing gentle green experience to relieve your stress.

Most of the plants you have seen are from my neighbor. Every time I feel stress I look at the window since it was located at the back part of the house. It feels so good by looking at it. I used my eyes to see a green environment because it could lessen my visual issues. I hope this video and relaxing music can help you to feel calm and empty from distractions.
