Relaxation and Meditation - For Lack of Confidence

I was inspired to make another meditation and relaxation video which is my third one. I considered this as special because this helped me to get rid of what I am feeling in the past three days. While I am about to do something on my desktop I was lost, and empty-minded because I have this confidence issue which serves as my weakness. To tell you or I mentioned in my previous posts regarding my Fluency or Writing skills in English. I could not explain why I had those moments in my life when one night I just cried and brought me to the time when I had my worst experience in high school years. Where I was judged enough in an unacceptable way.

Life is not perfect, no matter how we wanted to escape from our fears there are times it’s uncontrollable. To make at ease I started to let myself creating this kind of output because, on my experienced, the music helped me to regain and boost my confidence. By listening through it, bad and good thinking are against each other. In the end, the good ones win. Every beat of the sounds makes me imagine and think that I am worthy. I am enough and I can do whatever I want to do. For those people who suffer the same feeling as mine, I hope this can soothe you and let you get calm for whatever situations in your life. Let’s spread positivity. I advise you to play this music before you will sleep so that you will have a calming rest.
