Greetings dear people of Hive Music, today I want to offer you a genre of Venezuelan Traditional Music titled: Malagueña, with Hispanic influence, I hope it will be to everyone's liking.

In 1990, I belonged to the Folkloric Group CONVENEZUELA, the Musical Director at that time was Maestro Ricardo Sandoval and the General Director Maestro Oswaldo Lares with whom I could discover part of the traditional songs of my country, being impregnated with the music of the Eastern Region.

The genres that connect me with my essence and my roots are the oriental songs such as the Jota, Polo, Malagueña, Puntos, Joropo Estribillo, among others... since my father was from Río Caribe, Sucre State, Poet and Galeronista "Pedro Muñoz Farías", I honor him, my ancestors and all the Cultores of Venezuela, since through the legacy they leave us we can take our music to other latitudes of the planet. Likewise, I extend my gratitude to our community of Hive, Trheespeak, Discord that make it possible through these spaces and meetings where every day we are a big family.

In this opportunity, the Malagueña that I show you is a compilation of Maestro Ricardo Sandoval, who made a musical arrangement to show how the Malagueña is sung in Margarita Island, Nueva Esparta State, Cumana (Sucre State) and the Araya Peninsula, located east of the Caribbean coast in Sucre State.
