Hi dear community! once again I'm here. This week the topic suggested was a peaceful song. For me, a peaceful song is more than just a song about peace, but a song that evokes this feeling in your soul, regardless the lyric of it. And there is a particular artist that in every song she sang, I just can feel that: Billie Eilish. there is something in the way she sing and in the way it mix with the rythm of her song that just send me a peaceful feeling to my soul and put me in this chill mood.

Today, I decided to sing "I don't wanna be you anymore". it is one of my favorite songs of this artist 'till now. The sound and the lyric as a whole, guide me to this feeling of peace. This song presents this person talking to herself asking her to let the way she is behind, to be diferent. And what a liberator feeling to learn we haven't been the best version of ourselves to open space in our lives to be different and better, after this peace is the only thing that can bloom in our souls and minds, just when we realice we can be better our agony can just start to disappear.

Hola querida comunidad! una vez más estoy aquí. Esta semana el tema sugerido fue una canción pacífica. Para mí, una canción pacífica es más que una simple canción sobre la paz, sino una canción que evoca este sentimiento en tu alma, independientemente de la letra. Y hay una artista en particular que en cada canción que cantó puedo sentir eso: Billie Eilish. Hay algo en la forma en que canta y en la forma en que se mezcla con el ritmo de su canción que simplemente me envía un sentimiento de paz a mi alma y me pone en un estado de ánimo relajado.

Hoy decidí cantar "Ya no quiero ser tú". Es una de mis canciones favoritas de este artista hasta ahora. El sonido y la letra en su conjunto, me guían hacia este sentimiento de paz. Esta canción presenta a esta persona hablando consigo misma pidiéndole que deje atrás su forma de ser, para ser diferente. Y que sentimiento tan liberador saber que no hemos sido la mejor versión de nosotros mismos para abrir espacio en nuestras vidas para ser diferentes y mejores, después de esto la paz es lo único que puede florecer en nuestras almas y mentes, justo cuando nos damos cuenta de que puede ser mejor nuestra agonía puede simplemente comenzar a desaparecer.
