    A good dessert is like a caress to the soul. That's why I sell desserts for living. And today I wanted to share and special recipe that I love with you, it is a little easy but delicious recipe.

    Un buen postre es como una caricia al alma. Por eso vendo postres para vivir. Y hoy quería compartir con ustedes una receta especial que me encanta, es una receta un poco fácil pero deliciosa.

    The "Marquesa de chocolate" is a cake based on chocolate puding or chocolate ganache with vanilla cookies.

    La "Marquesa de chocolate" es una tarta a base de pudín de chocolate o ganache de chocolate con galletas de vainilla.

    Ingredients:

    Vanilla cookies
    dark chocolate
    milk
    condense milk
    topping of your preference
    and baking pan

    Ingredientes:

    Galletas de vainilla
    chocolate negro
    leche
    leche condensada
    topping de tu preferencia
    y bandeja para hornear

    first of all, you should melt the chocolate (250gs) into 100ml of milk. you could do it in the microwave or in bain-marie. Once the melted chocolate is a little bit tempered, you should mix it with the condence milk (250ml). this mixure should be a little bit dense, when it has a great consistence, you are ready for create a great dessert.

    En primer lugar, debes derretir el chocolate (250 g) en 100 ml de leche. Puedes hacerlo en el microondas o al baño maría. Una vez que el chocolate derretido esté un poco templado, debes mezclarlo con la leche confiada (250ml). esta mezcla debe quedar un poco densa, cuando tenga una gran consistencia, estarás listo para crear un gran postre.

    In your baking pan you first put a little layer of the chocolate then put a layer of the vanilla cookie, previously soaked in milk.

    En tu molde para hornear primero pones una capa pequeña de chocolate y luego pones una capa de galleta de vainilla, previamente remojada en leche.

    tip: if you like it a little bit sweet you could put some sugar in the milk before soak the cookies.

    consejo: si te gusta un poco dulce puedes poner un poco de azúcar en la leche antes de remojar las galletas.

    then you keep creating different layers of cookies and chocolate until you fill the baking pan. This quantity works perfectaly for a pan of 30cms per 30cms. To the last layer of chocolate you put your topping, in this case I used a kind of puffed rice cover in chocolate, you can use cookies, chocolate drops or chocolate chunks. After creating this delicious dessert, you should take it into the refrigerator for 4 hours or till it get totally cold and more consistent. Then, you can enjoy of this piece of heaven.

    luego sigues creando diferentes capas de galletas y chocolate hasta llenar el molde para hornear. Esta cantidad sirve perfectamente para una cacerola de 30cms por 30cms. A la última capa de chocolate le pones tu topping, en este caso usé una especie de cubierta de arroz inflado en chocolate, puedes usar galletas, gotas de chocolate o trocitos de chocolate. Después de crear este delicioso postre, debes llevarlo al refrigerador por 4 horas o hasta que esté totalmente frío y más consistente. Entonces, puedes disfrutar de este pedazo de cielo.
