    About :

Learn With Gabo is one of my favorite sections of my blog. In this section I show you, through a video, how to make a figurine or a specific character with plasticine, one of the materials I use the most for my figures.

As you can see in other installments of this section, I use to make simple figures so that anyone who wants to learn, can put into practice what I teach in the video. This time I will show you how to make a Chibi Bulbasaur, I hope you like it.

Chibi. Chibi are characters with very specific characteristics; they have a big head, huge eyes, small body and limbs. They are very well known in the anime or manga world, so you probably have heard of this kind of characters.

I decided to make a Bulbasaur in this style because it seemed like something much simpler to teach you, plus it gives a certainly charming character, more so than the original Bulbasaur.

Materials. I usually use plasticine to make this kind of figures, for this case was no exception. There was a certain difference with the figures I usually make, because I didn't make a skeleton for this one, but I used wooden sticks to give support to the figure.

It is a small figure and does not require too many supports; on the contrary, being a small figure, I would dare to say that due to the shape of the character itself, it would not require any kind of support except for the front legs, which in this case were two wooden sticks, as shown in the video.

Why Bulbasaur? I would guess that many, if not all, have heard of Pokemon. It's a franchise well known around the world, both for its games and the anime itself. In my case I grew up with pokemon and one of my favorite characters is Bulbasaur.

Although I could have selected Squirtle, Charmander or even Pikachu himself to make him a chibi in this release, the truth is that I thought Bulbasaur was a better choice to start with, maybe later on I will make the others.

The point is that I try to select characters that are easy to make, from my point of view, so that, as I said, anyone who is interested in learning can get to work.

In the end that is the intention of this tutorial, to teach you a bit about i know about this, because if i have learned anything in this life is that you should not be selfish with knowledge. If you know how to do something and you like to teach, then do it, teach.

I am delighted that you come to this section to learn what I try to teach you. For me it is a pleasure and an honor to be able to share work like this with you.

Well friend, this has been all for now. I sincerely hope you liked the publication and the video. I Invite you to leave your opinions bellow, in the comments, as always i will be happy to read them. With nothing more to add, i'll say goodbye then...

    See you next time!
