In my new Meditation Session, I have built different frequencies into the background, which can have an positive effect on emotional well-being. It can generally help to feel better as well as to find a better balance and counteract negative mood or stress.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
