About :
Today I have created relaxing music for you and in the background I have built a total of four different frequencies which can have a positive effect on the chakra system as a whole and have a great influence on all 7 chakras.
The 7 different chakras:
- Root Chakra (Muladhara)
- Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana)
- Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
- Heart Chakra (Anahata)
- Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
- Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna)
- Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
