Today I picked out some frequencies and put them into the background of my meditation session which can help to ground the body. Regular grounding is important and if this is not done, a variety of different complications can quickly occur and a natural grounding occurs, for example when you go into nature.
When listening to frequencies, you should always drink enough water! The frequencies can be listened with speakers as well as with earphones.
