Saludos mi noble gente de @Hive y un gran abrazo para mi comunidad favorita @fulldeporte ¿a ustedes les gustan las artes marciales? ¿Les gustan los deportes de combate? ¿Les gusta verlos? ¿Les gustaría practicar alguno de estos? Si la respuesta a alguna de estas preguntas es sí, quiero que respondan algo más ¿que te gusta más, las patadas o los golpes de puño? En el vídeo de hoy hablaremos de cuál estilo es mejor. Este post está escrito en español y traducido al Inglés para la comodidad de todos los lectores. Empecemos.

Así como a existido por muchos años un debate para elegir un estilo de lucha predominante entre el grapling y el straiking. También ha existido una gran interrogante sobre si son mejores las técnicas de golpes de puño que las técnica de patadas o viceversa y si hay dos deportes en los que se puede ver ese contraste son:

1. El boxeo: el deporte rey de los golpes de puño, donde solo es válido derrotar a tu oponente con las manos golpeando de la cintura para arriba.
2. El taekwondo W.T.F: Donde si bien es cierto que son válidos los golpes de puño al pecho, el 98% de las técnicas que se utilizan para ganar las peleas son técnicas de pateo siendo el repertorio de estas técnicas, tan extenso como lo son las variedades de golpes de puño que en el boxeo existen.
