Semanas de planificación organizando lo que sería la quinta temporada del SEVEN TO PUNCH para representar en la Regional Modo Red-Bull y a última hora nos cayó prácticamente todo encima, el clima el tiempo y los participantes se complicaron.

Principalmente ésta batalla estaba pautada para el día sábado, pero uno de los participantes de la ciudad Maturin no podía asistir por complicaciones con su trabajo por lo que decidimos dejar el evento para el día viernes (osea, adelantamos la fecha) sin embargo el día viernes a eso de las 2pm confirmó que aún así no podría asistir ya que estaba lloviendo muy fuerte y se le haría complicado llegar hasta el terminal para luego salir para acá no le alcanzaría el tiempo.

Decidimos incluir a un nuevo participante, pero ya había problemas anteriores con los participantes de acá, aquí todos pagan una inscripción de 1$ y se ganan su premio pero no puede haber premio si no hay cobro de inscripción y si no pagan la inscripción y ganan quedan automáticamente descalificado.

Esto paso con dos de los antiguos ganadores que no habían cancelado su inscripción por lo que estarían descalificados automáticamente.

Mi situación me obliga a comprender entender y dar apoyo a estos panas que cuentan con una situación económica menos favorable, pero ya es un acto de sinvergüenzura el apoyar una y otra vez, yo debía pagarme una pequeña cirugia en la cara y estuve reuniendo dinero por semanas para ésto (recibí una ayuda y con eso no logré costear todo el proceso) por lo que hace una semana en las clasificaciones me tomé la libertad de pagar la inscripción de 3 de los participantes, sí sé que 3$ parece nada, pero si lo son 3$ me sirven para mi cena o quizás los aliños del almuerzo, pero tomé la libertad de ayudarlos y el viernes aún nadie se había reportado a pagarme ese dinero.

Los 3 participantes fueron descalificados por mi persona y decidimos suspender en su totalidad el evento.

Son cosas que desmotivan bastante pero debemos ser un poco severos para poder imponer disciplina y responsabilidad entre los participantes si queremos seguir siendo una organización seria, ya que todo esto es echo sin ningún fin lucrativo, más que ayudar a transmitir nuestro amor por la cultura callejera la música y el arte en general.

Weeks of planning organizing what would be the fifth season of SEVEN TO PUNCH to represent at the Red-Bull Mode Regional and at the last minute everything fell on us, weather, time and participants got complicated.

Mainly this battle was scheduled for Saturday, but one of the participants of the city Maturin could not attend due to complications with his work so we decided to leave the event for Friday (ie, we advanced the date) but on Friday at about 2pm confirmed that even so he could not attend because it was raining very hard and it would be difficult to get to the terminal and then leave for here would not have enough time.

We decided to include a new participant, but there were previous problems with the participants here, here everyone pays a registration fee of 1$ and win their prize but there can be no prize if there is no registration fee and if they do not pay the registration fee and win they are automatically disqualified.

This happened with two of the former winners who had not paid their registration so they would be automatically disqualified.

My situation forces me to understand and support these guys who have a less favorable economic situation, but it is already an act of shamelessness to support again and again, I had to pay a little surgery on my face and I was collecting money for weeks for this (I received a help and with that I could not afford the whole process) so a week ago in the rankings I took the liberty to pay the registration of 3 of the participants, I know that 3$ seems nothing, but if it is 3$ I can use it for my dinner or maybe lunch dressings, but I took the liberty to help them and on Friday still nobody had reported to pay me my money.

The 3 participants were disqualified by me and we decided to suspend the whole event.

These are things that demotivate a lot but we must be a little severe in order to impose discipline and responsibility among the participants if we want to continue being a serious organization since all this is done without any lucrative purpose but to help transmit our love for street culture, music and art in general.
