Éstos Comités Locales de Abastecimiento y Producción (CLAP) empezaron a principios del año 2016 por el gobierno venezolano buscando aumentar la distribución de alimentos subsidiados, para intentar superar y vencer la guerra económica y alimenticia que se presentó en el país, ésta guerra llevó al acaparamiento de productos alimenticios así cómo su reventa a precios elevados afectando aún más el estado del país generando escasez de alimentos.

Normalmente contienen productos como harina espagueti y arroz.

Si calculamos los precios normales en un supermercado en el cual un kilogramo de espaguetis vale 41BS y una harina de buena calidad vale 38bs aquí podemos optar por estos productos a bajo precio lo cuál arroja a lo siguiente!

En primera plana los bajos precios se deben a que el 95% de estos productos son elaborados acá en Venezuela pero el acaparamiento de los mismos para su reventa dificultan mucho la fluidez del proceso.

Cómo ya mencioné, muchas personas pagarían al rededor de 48BS por una bolsa del CLAP en la cual puedes conseguir 2kg de pasta 2kg de harina y 2kg de arroz los cuales algunas personas se han encargado de re-vender aun precio alrededor de 35 y 50 Bs por unidad de producto.

Esto significa que un arroz una pasta o una harina en la avenida lo revenden a precios elevados como tráfico ilegal del mismo producto, generando escasez y ésto lleva muchos años funcionando de ésta manera, es lo que hemos venido llamando "bachaqueros" así se le nombra a este tipo de individuos que se encargan de la reventa de productos a un elevado precio.

Ya entendimos lo que es el CLAP su intención y las causas de que esto no tenga un flujo continuo, cabe destacar que éstas bolsas alimenticias deberían de hacerse entrega cada 15dias (debería) pero normalmente vienen cada 3meses (al menos acá en mi zona).

Por otra parte te preguntarás;

¿Porqué estos productos son tan económicos?

Pues principalmente porque luego de la guerra económica y alimenticia que presentó el país y la escasez de productos el gobierno optó por producción de alimentos de escasa calidad pero esto conllevó a otro problema de desnutrición.

¿Son malos éstos productos?

No todos, no todos los productos son malos pero en su mayoría son productos de baja calidad destinados a personas de bajos recursos y hoy por hoy año 2023 se ha intentado integrar productos "más nutritivos" debido a la demanda por parte de nutricionistas.

Los cuales han señalado que los productos de la cesta CLAP siguen siendo bajos para las necesidades nutricionales de una familia ya se han cumplido siete años de los CLAP y siguen sin cubrir las necesidades nutricionales de una familia por diversas irregularidades que van desde el control de los militares del programa, hasta corrupción en funcionarios de diferentes niveles jerárquicos y más importante aun, es que no llegó a suplir las demandas nutricionales de la población venezolana y en muchos casos sus productos no han sido aptos para el consumo humano.

Se destacó que el número de kilogramos promedio en cada bolsa o combo alimenticio del CLAP nunca supera los 9.10 kilogramos, lo que significa que el beneficio •no marca la diferencia en cuanto a los requerimientos de los venezolanos• en cuanto a nutrición.

El presidente Maduro dijo que 7,5 millones de familias reciben al menos una vez al mes su bolsa del CLAP, parecen bastantes verdad?

Pero esto equivale solo al 22.5% de los 33.7 millones de venezolanos.

Aunque el porcentaje de personas beneficiadas parece que es bastante, esto significa muy poco para un país cuyo umbral de pobreza de ingresos llega al 82% de la población.

Greetings to all, today I brought you this video (I hope you watch it before reading on) as you can see today the CLAP bag arrived and I wanted to document something about it.

First I want to clarify that I do not consider myself a blogger nor am I in favor of any political entity, I tell a little of the realities that we face, the daily life of Venezuelans and me personally as a skateboarder, I am a seeker of peace and calm in the midst of all this that we live, I do not think it is so common in other countries this kind of things that are experienced in Venezuela.

The CLAP;

It sounds like a slap in the face, but it is not, the CLAP itself is a committee or an organization which is in charge of the sale of food in certain localities in Venezuela, when I refer to certain communities I mean that each community has its own committee.

These Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP) began in early 2016 by the Venezuelan government seeking to increase the distribution of subsidized food, to try to overcome and overcome the economic and food war that occurred in the country, this war led to the hoarding of food products as well as their resale at high prices further affecting the state of the country generating food shortages.

• If we calculate the normal prices in a supermarket in which a kilogram of spaghetti is 41BS and a good quality flour is 38bs here we can opt for these products at low prices which yields the following! •

First of all, the low prices are due to the fact that 95% of these products are manufactured here in Venezuela, but the hoarding of these products for resale makes the process very difficult. As I already mentioned, many people would pay around 48BS for a CLAP bag in which you can get 2kg of pasta, 2kg of flour and 2kg of rice which some people have been responsible for re-selling at the same price per unit of product.

We have already understood what CLAP is, its intention and the reasons why it does not have a continuous flow, it is worth mentioning that these food bags should be delivered every 15 days (it should) but normally they come every 3 months (at least here in my area).

On the other hand you may wonder;

Why are these products so cheap?

Well, mainly because after the economic and food war in the country and the shortage of products the government opted for the production of low quality food but this led to another problem of malnutrition.

Are these products bad?

Not all, not all the products are bad but most of them are low quality products destined to low income people and nowadays in the year 2023 they have tried to integrate "more nutritious" products due to the demand of nutritionists.

It was highlighted that the average number of kilograms in each CLAP food bag or combo never exceeds 9.10 kilograms, which means that the benefit -does not make a difference in terms of the requirements of Venezuelans- in terms of nutrition.
