    Que bueno es poder mostrarles nuevamente, algo de mis creaciones. Esta receta que preparé fue experimentando, nunca había probado aros de cebollla así, no son comunes en mi país, pero alguien insistió en que se los preparara y me atreví, debo decir que valen la pena, son mus sabrosos y faciles de preparar.

    Ingredientes: - 2 Cebollas grandes - 100 ml de leche líquida - 200 gr de harina de trigo - 200 gr de pan rayado - 5 gr de levadura seca - 1 huevo - Sal y orégano al gusto. - Aceite suficiente para freir. . Preparación: 1. Picar la punta de la cebolla y luego picar a distancia de aproximadamente 3cm. - Sacar manualmente cada aro. - Los aros de cebolla se pasan previamente por harina de trigo. - El resto de la harina se mezcla bien con el resto de los ingredientes. - Antes de freir se pasa cada aro por pan rayado, que cubran todo el aro. - Se frien con suficiente y caliente aceite. - Se dejan dorar y listos. - Se acompañan con cualquier salsa. - Los acompañé con salsa napolitana.
