I Just Realized That I Am Allergic To Milk After Months.

Hello ...
Let me share about one of my recent problem.
After months , i just realized that my body have quite a strong reaction to milk .
Few months ago, i met a friend that recommend me to drink milk daily .
Since its a good recommendation as it related to my health, i followed them.
During those period of times , i went to a trip to Bali.
There is some weird changed happened to my body, i let it go because i thought that it happened because of my period and my trip.
Its not unusual for me to have a skin reaction when i was travelling.
Then i stopped consuming milk not long after my trip, then my skin back to normal.
I still didnt realize bout it.

Then, my mother was getting covid.
Since i am scared, i drink milk a lot again.
Then it happened again, there's so many acne came out on my body and face.
I am scared.
Its even worse.
So i stopped drinking milk again and the condyition lessen .
Thats when i know the source of my problem for all of this month is because of M I L K .
I consulted to a doctor and he said that i should build a resistance towards milk if i want to keep drinking milk.
Its with taking little by little and regularly.

But thats the story for other times, now i just want to focus on curing my skin.
