Conociendo el nuevo supermercado en Barquisimeto: “Río Market”

Hace un varios de días inauguraron un nuevo supermercado al este de Barquisimeto, dentro de las instalaciones del centro comercial Arena Plaza. Recuerdo que desde el mes de noviembre han estado remodelando el centro comercial, y después de meses de arduo trabajo, este nuevo supermercado le ha devuelto la vida a este centro comercial.

El domingo decidimos ir a conocer este nuevo supermercado y debo decir que me gustó bastante,tienen de todo me gustó el concepto. Antes en ese mismo lugar había otro supermercado llamado “Garzón” hasta mediados del año pasado que cerró sus puertas al público. Aunque fuimos por pura curiosidad aprovechamos y compramos un par de cosas: medio cartón de huevos (15 unidades), un paquete de Harina Pan, 250 gramos de margarina, y un par de galletas para picar algo dulce al regresar a casa. Gastamos unos 5$ aproximadamente.

Me fije en los precios y realmente no hay mucha diferencia con otros supermercados, pensé que por estar en inauguración habría la posibilidad encontrar ofertas, aunque sí hay productos que sus precios son un poco más bajos de lo habitual, por ejemplo, la leche de almendras está a $2.4 el litro, normalmente es algo que se consigue sobre los $3. Me detuve un rato en la sección de licores, como saben los que me conocen es de mis secciones favoritas de una tienda. Si hay licores allí me van a encontrar. Algunos precios están bastantes competitivos quizá en un futuro no muy lejano regrese por algún ron.

Getting to know the new supermarket in Barquisimeto: "Río Market"..

A few days ago a new supermarket was inaugurated in the east of Barquisimeto, inside the Arena Plaza shopping mall. I remember that since November they have been remodeling the mall, and after months of hard work, this new supermarket has given life back to this mall.

On Sunday we decided to visit this new supermarket and I must say that I liked it a lot, I liked the concept. There used to be another supermarket in the same place called "Garzón" until the middle of last year when it closed its doors to the public. Although we went out of pure curiosity we bought a couple of things: half a carton of eggs (15 units), a package of bread flour, 250 grams of margarine, and a couple of cookies for a sweet snack on the way home. We spent about 5$ approximately.

I looked at the prices and there really is not much difference with other supermarkets, I thought that being in inauguration there would be the possibility of finding offers, although there are products that their prices are a little lower than usual, for example, almond milk is $2.4 a liter, normally is something you get about $3. I stopped for a while in the liquor section, as you know those who know me is one of my favorite sections of a store. If there are liquors there you will find me. Some of the prices are quite competitive, maybe in the not too distant future I will come back for some rum.
