Fiery plays: Heroes of might and magic 2 part 3

hero with comparable army to my own. But I could not win that battle. I was so used to send reinforcements using my other heroes that my main hero never returned to the castle and had no chance to learn more spells. His might was comparable to the enemy's but his magic was lacking. In my next attempt I did not make the same mistake again. This time my main hero had a strong army and learned way more spells. Who would have thought that being prepared is so important? 😜

But the game still had a few surprises remaining. First one was when I beat who I thought was the last enemy hero. Mission was not yet complete. This meant that enemy still had some castles and/or heroes. I found them quickly. The last enemy actually had a very powerful army so we had quite an epic final battle.

But the biggest surprise came after we completed this mission. Like I said before in the beginning of the game I had to choce if we wanted to help the good or bad brother since they both want to claim the throne. After this mission other brother contacted me and tried to convince me to switch sides and serve him instead. In the previous game we never had a chance to make a choice like this. So it seems that this game more replayability value and is less linear. We chose to stick with our original choice. But the game has ,,price of loyalty'' in the title... So maybe we will will regret this decision later(?). Well who knows... we will see. Next time we will start a new mission. And apparently my choice to not switch sides means that this mission will be hard...
