Fiery plays: Heroes of might and magic 2 part 8

Well it is official- I HATE this mission. Nothing I do is working. I tried so many things. So many different strategies... They all failed. I won a few missions because I was playing as necromancer hero. This time I it seems that I can't win for that same reason. My enemies have stronger armies and heroes. It takes too long to upgrade my troops. For now the best idea I have iseems to be to check if I have saves from previous missions and to either avoid this (optional) mission at all or to play differently so I would have different alliance here. Damn I hate this mission... Also from what I remember in Heroes of might and magic 3 Hill Fort can upgrade all troops. In this game it can only upgrade some troops. Who's ,,brilliant'' idea was that?
